About

The Company

RFPS Management (UK) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of RISC Financing Platform Solutions LLC (Delaware) (RISCfp). The latter is the licensee of RISConsulting IP, which created RISCMTP-Notes.

For twenty-six years, RISConsulting has been designing and executing unique solutions to meet the complex risk and regulatory capital and reserve financing requirements of Fortune 500 corporations and regulated financial institutions (e.g. banks and insurance companies).

Before founding RISConsulting in 1996, Derrell Hendrix and Hannover Re created the world’s first catastrophe bond, giving rise to a market that now exceeds $10B in annual issuance volume. Since its founding, RISConsulting has become a leading advisor to international life and P&C insurance and reinsurance companies, equipment manufacturers and banks, including BAE, Rolls Royce, Saab, Zurich Re and Lincoln Financial, in many cases pioneering new and innovative financial products and solutions that have become multi-billion dollar global financial markets in their own right.

The firm’s forte is designing solutions for affiliates such as Karson Management and RFPS that, working with world-class admin and operating partners, create and manage scalable financing platforms to provide  effective, scalable and efficient financing and investment solutions.

To date, RISConsulting has advised on or executed, either directly or via Karson Management, 36 transactions securing over $16 billion in financing and/or risk capacity for its clients. To the unique set of risk and capital financing markets that it helped pioneer, RISConsulting, this time via RISCfp, now adds RISC Managed Treasury Pool Notes (RISCMTP-Notes), its simplest, most useful and broad-scale financial innovation to date.
